Previous entries in my cat games series featured me transporting cats to various locations in The Battle Cats and Cat Quest. Today I want to transport players with a puzzle game. Unlike the previous games where cats were exceptional fighters, this game's cats are lazy and lack any special power. They're also no longer knights, instead just lying around like cats should.

These cats are very friendly and approachable. They live close to us, which makes them extremely cute. However, they can be mischievous and harassing. In Hello Cats, we’ll help these cats learn a lesson. Cats can become angry in many ways. Creating shapes by applying rules of physics grants access to each cat tier. Some levels have a tutorial that you can complete easily. Achieving solutions is difficult because the puzzles change constantly and become increasingly difficult. However, there are no puzzles that can’t be solved; failing at a puzzle will teach you many lessons about how to overcome the most difficult puzzles.

When cats need help, they can sometimes drive you crazy. Fortunately, there are quizzes in Hello Cats that teach you how to assist a cat that needs water, or one stuck in a place and in need of a rescue. You also have to draw the proper shape to ensure the cat's safety. Quizzes don’t have a set number of drawings. You can draw as many objects as you want as long as they meet the task. In fact, it’s encouraged to draw multiple different things. That’s because the game awards stars based on the number of drawings you do. The more different shapes you draw, the fewer stars you get.

Hello Cats has 210 puzzles contained within 10 difficulty zones. The game includes a guide that helps players learn how to play the game before starting the first levels. Puzzles are very interesting, but I easily solved them after a short time. I hope the publisher can keep adding new puzzles to my class’s interest.

The game is playable both offline and online; however, connecting to the Internet causes an annoying advertising pop-up to appear. Therefore, I recommend playing offline if you don't have an internet connection.
