NotTiled is a free (no ads or micro transactions), open source, and multi platform tile map editor. It is based on Tiled Map Editor (https://www.mapeditor.org/) by Thorbjørn Lindeijer. What you can do with NotTiled: - Create/edit .tmx file on the go. lua/json/csv export. - Create custom maps for games that .tmx maps.
